Question:
What is the biggest mistake Original Ones are making from your point of view since you’ve stopped being actively among us?
The Seer:
It’s the same mistake many aristocrats make: they think that they are superior by virtue of who they are, rather than by how they live.

Perfect. Thank you.

I get what you’re saying, but it’s not as much a human to OO reference as much as that it’s a wake up call to OO’s. I get what Almine is saying, in a sense that it’s easy to slap a OO-button on your shoulder and think that’s an achievement on its own. Humans fall for that trap often, apparently OO’s too.
I mean is someone born with a beautiful looks, high IQ or anything else, supperior to another simply because they are like that by design? It’s no different for OO’s, as humans will not have their level of consciousness even if they try. It only really matters what you do with those gifts.

Frodo: “It’s a pity Bilbo didn’t kill Gollum when he had the chance.”
Gandalf: “Pity? It’s a pity that stayed Bilbo’s hand. Many that live deserve death. Some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them, Frodo? Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play in it, for good or evil, before this is over. The pity of Bilbo may rule the fate of many.”
In the lord of the Rings movie was Frodo’s virtuous acts superior to Gollum’s vices?
Should the OO’s strive to be superior in context to humans my virtue of how they live? If they live “rightly” are the OO’s superior to humans?

Frodo, “I will take the ring to Mordor. Even though I don’t know where it is”
The moment of realizing that he was the one to take on the task of destroying evil,, in humility, he was going into the unknown. A great effort for a Hobbit, having to go out his comfort zone.
Thank you Derek for the LOTR analogy. Love that scene..
