It has been such trying times where in the fall of 2014 something happened within me. Where one may say my Joie De Vivre, Optomism of life was some how sucked, stolen, gotten to in my life. I look at my entire life and feel the memories of my positive outlook on life no matter what and draw from that to re-enliven my heart. Look for the gift or lesson of this experience. Use the inner and outer tools given through the Prime Creator or Infinite and tools shared by Almine, I am so grateful to have. Yes my Dear Sister our skin has so many eyes to see. Yes Dear Sister we process in our life experience for the many. These new time maps we are so grateful for! When one observes the mapping and how it appears to cosmically flow through the brain observe the heart map connection dear ones. I’m being guided to examined what is going on behind the appearance of these symptoms. At first on the physical level, because most symptoms are physical. It looks like aspects of DNA which were responsible for an external expressions are recoiling into inner space. To be exact the aspects of DNA that served the purpose of an external expression (for example: when we tried to find something outside of us- in particular guidance, teacher, …. ). Lot of energy was spent when we tried to find something in outer space. Seems like it no longer serves now. The energy that was previously used for all kinds externally focused activities, now needs to go to something like an “elevator” – for now I will use this analogy. Basically energy now needs to support inner hydraulic system. That is why people have been experiencing heart symptoms and symptoms related to that. Something needs to change on the level of hydraulics of the HEART. Human heart is like a hydraulic pump, pumping venous blood and aortic blood.
I’m guided to examine the pumping of venous blood, which also effects pumping of the aortic blood in return.
So, I asked the question: “what needs to improve about the hydraulic system as a whole”?
The pumping of venous blood – needs to be examined more in details. Venous blood has something to do with letting go of what is no longer serves, which also connects it with our large intestines.
Previously when we felt like outside did not meet our expectations we often felt disappointed. Disappointment can be addressed when we give to ourselves self-guidance and not expecting it to come from the outside and this way the energy goes to self-regulation. When we give to ourselves self-regulation trough self-guidance our body will have energy for everything it needs to restore harmony quicker.
I’m also guided to recognize a potential of self-guidance and express gratitude for self-guidance, feel love that comes through self-guidance, and trust the self- guidance.

Yes, I have just gone through some massive clearing of the heart. My heart has been going through some metamorphosis for the past few months and the scaring is now healed, through this clearing in the heart.
There is very slight vertigo and it clears easily as I bring my mind to balance it. Good to know that this is living the inner and outer simultaneously. Thank you Almine!

Hearing this has been such a blessing for me as I have been having a lot of issues with my eyes lately.. blurred vision, sudden waves of dizziness, etc., my ribs felt like they had popped out and were giving me great pain for 2 days then the pain was gone, but the worst was last weeks overwhelming depression where for one day in particular, suicide looked like an option. Hearing this has clarified things for me and it’s a relief knowing that I’m not going crazy! Thank you also for the reminder of the Psy stabil. So Grateful to you Alimine.
