With such Beings of Light and dedication by my side, we walk a hallowed path. Compared to the values of worldly things, we wield unseen forces more powerful than what even you can imagine, to change life as we know it. Be at peace Beloved ones, all shall come effortlessly as you sit with the humble innocence of a child. You are a delight to me. Together we can do these mighty works.”

A note from Almine:
As I do my daily blessings on the participants at this retreat, I notice that some of them have a ‘heavy’ energy on their back and shoulders. The comment from the angel was (no , they still talk even during a silent retreat!), they are carrying the burdens of the past on their backs; they are only half awake. For the inner alchemy we are aiming to achieve this week, they must be fully awake… We ask our Lightfamily to help by releasing any parts of your experiences this last year that you still use to define your life and yourself…
There are many pleasant things to carry with us as inspiration, but strife and suffering aren’t one of them.

The angel says they still talk even durring a silent, yes. How joyous is to experience sillence within sillence u have the power to dissapear.

All week, I have had a spot on my upper back towards the shoulder blade tingling. It has felt like something was healing. In lucid dreaming, Infinite Mother was healing that spot, pulling dark things out. The tingling was intense earlier in the week, I still feel it but is subsiding.
How does one express enough Love, Praise, Gratitude and Trust for all this – Almine, the process, the tools, all of it.
Sending you much love, honor and respect and lots and lots of light and blessings. I feel pretty good in my body.

Thank you. I had been feeling a horrid heaviness on my chest and aching in my neck and shoulders. I feel how we have been carrying these burdens and I also feel the deep peace that is available to is through trust. It is still a challenging enigma for me, but I feel I am in oneness with the process unfolding at the retreat.
