Such an ancient history, with waves of cultures interwoven. When one, whichever one, has risen in power, the others fall and suffer. And as some of the major periods of domination have come from outside, that samskāra seems to be addressed by this Sigil. Before it happens again, due to the residual subconscious pattern.
The possibility that these Sigils for countries and continents could shift underlying patterns in the psyche of a civilisation is perhaps similar to the advent of major spiritual shifts, like when Avatars of Vishnu (Rama, then Krishna for instance) or later the Buddha, initiated a new impulse.
