The Meaning: 

For countless eons of its existence, the sun has been a portal to higher realities; a doorway through which evolving civilizations on Earth could leave a lower reality that they have evolved beyond, and enter a higher sphere of existence. But if that portal is closed, the sun becomes their prison. Many civilizations that disappeared from this reality are stuck in the realms of Arulu (the hollow sun). Their capture was in most cases deliberately orchestrated by shadow beings who captured them and evoked two demons to guard the gateway. In a distant past that cannot be understood by man’s flawed method of timekeeping, the Holy Mother cleared the space inside the hollow sun and placed two angels by the portal to guard the realms of Arulu. But the innocence of Angels is easily beguiled and they were enticed away from their post. It was then that demons took their place and the dark ones turned Arulu into a place of suffering. 

Through the power of this sigil and the assistance of its Angelgod, shall the captured ones be freed to move to whatever level of life they have attained and deserve at this time — for some were corrupted by the shadows.

Seer’s Note: The darkness that took hold of our sun has been known since ancient times by Toltec mystics to be the origin of entropy; the gradual decline of any advancement gained without a continual provision of additional energy.
