I must be honest in saying that I know that I am STEEPED in social conditioning. So much so that it feels like a mind control spell of sorts that I have no idea where to begin in terms of walking my way out of it. Lately it’s been emotional triggers…so where do I start with replacing these dual emotions with purified ones…?
I’m no expert on this topic and I have been experiencing my own difficulties with this lately, but something I’m starting with is taking the time to be more mindful. “this is an emotional reaction” is something I say to myself when I notice it happening. It gives me a little more room to check in on what my body and mind are doing and feeling and to look around and see what the bigger picture is. When I’m in too deep and forget to do this, it’s a signal that there is too much on my plate for me to handle and that I need to delegate or let some things go so I can slow down and observe myself and my environment again.
The light explosions help, too.

Dear Alex what I do when that happens is identify the emotion I am battling with. Then I I look at the meridian its coming from. Then I work with the fragrance alchemy oil for that meridian. I found that if the oil is used with the music elixir at the meridian time given to clear it, it does clear quite effectly. If the emotion is strong and you are actively feeling it, place the oil only on the right side of the body, as the meridian protocol states. It really does clear, you should get relief. Almine also gave the karma for the meridians which you should read so you gain the perception behind the distorted emotion.Take one meridian at a time as the emotions come up for resolution. The protocol is an investment, but so very worth it 100-fold!
