Think of #115 as symbolic — which means there’s a lot of information represented by a small representation. The following explanation represents the meaning behind the cryptic words in principle # 115:
When a cosmos cannot sustain itself energetically (something that can happen when a previous form of energy production — through conflict for instance—becomes obsolete and a new energy source hasn’t fully activated — like from inspiration instead); when it loses its vitality, it implodes into a black hole. When this happens, there’s a massive loss of energy, and all life in that dying cosmos descends into a lower level of life.
Cosmoses are supposed to be self-sustaining free energy devices. In the last decade, the demise of this level of cosmic life became a real possibility (something I had mentioned in one of the premier online lectures a few years ago), but the Infinite intervened and supported the vitality of life directly because the cosmic lifeforms had reached a critical point in their evolution and held great potential for breaking free from descension / ascension cycles.
There are many issues that need to be solved for life to resume becoming self-sustaining. The Godbeings among men have the highest consciousness and are therefore more able to restore the balanced production of cosmic resources on an individual basis.
The Seer’s Note:
The survival of the cosmos hangs in the balance. And thus the survival of humanity hangs in the balance. Humans, being some of the densest forms of material life, represent the many forms of individuations within them. They are the root race of many other races. It is important that they survive so that cosmic life does not unravel.
The Original Ones can supply energy to Earth and cosmic life, through the extremely advanced perceptions they have access to. They keep order amidst great and otherwise, chaotic, change, by sacred government through self-government.
The most immediate perception for the Original Ones to grasp is that polarity has been the energy source that has sustained cosmic existence.

It’s been more than 50 years since I first heard the words “cosmos” and “cosmic”. It sounded groovy back then, but no one bothered to explain the distinction between “cosmos” and “universe”. The implication was that they were interchangeable and you just used cosmos in place of universe if you wanted to sound groovy.
Would you please explain the distinction between the two, “cosmos” and “universe”, and when/why to use one rather than the other. I’ve googled the question lately but the various explanations differ and none seem to hit the nail on the head.
