Last week wow! I just had to share my experience last Friday at work. As you know I have been dealing with a very stubborn spot at work, namely an employee who since October 1 has pulled all the stops on going over my head, calling in political interference etc. etc…. Actually there are three of them, all senior workers who form a power clique who went to the top administrator just before christmas break and without notice to my or my immediate super got an overtime pay out of 70 hours. I quit my job on Dec 21, verbally when this info was told to me after the fact and I called the admin right away and left a message and informed her to take the message as my notice of 10 days. I resigned. I went in to write my letter of resignation and on the spur of the moment called her, she was in and no she had not received my message and no she did not accept my letter of resignation. This I was not prepared for so when I checked within I felt, no it is not time. So I am back at work, same oh, same oh, the lady in question came back to work after 10 days suspension without pay, oh she did that no problem but she and the other two got paid out for 70 hours so she really did not do 10 days without pay. On Thursday last week I went home with such a heaviness in my stomach like a stone was just sitting there, a feeling of such drossness I couldn’t fathom. then during the evening something happened to me, I believe it was after I logged on to the new course, Gateway to a Magical Life, an energy flowed through me like I have never experienced, and I just knew what I had to do. Friday I called a staff meeting and laid it all on the line. I informed all staff, no I was not fired contrary to rumors, yes I did quit but the top admin would not accept my resignation, before christmas and from today, the buck stops here, no more going over my head, all who do that will be disciplined and the reasons for my resignation clearly spelled out, without naming the three individuals. No more bullying, politicking, gossiping and all have to read the employee policy to know what they are facing. I have followed policy and Chief and Council strategy, mission statement etc and if I get fired, I will sue and I will win! I am standing my ground and if you do not like it, get over it! do the job you were hired to do!
I was so excited and fired up and after the meeting was over all staff were smiling, happy and fired up as well, the three senior staff did not look up once, did not say a word, were writing fiercely! I did say why I resigned at it was because three staff had gone over my head to the admin, to ask for OT payout which they were paid and I was waiting for one more bit of information and all three would be receiving a disciplinary action because of what they did. I said it was a conspiracy according to the employee policy.
So I clearly saw what I had to do and I did it and I felt so free after I did it. No fear, no expectation of outcome and I was happily surprised at the impact it had on staff! It was great!
Yikes! These energies are very strong. I can feel it reviving me already this morning. My poor old mom and dad will just have to adjust. I really feel like a powerhouse. Have to be careful and take it nice and easy for my interactions at work this week….teeheee…:)

Just before I read this post I was emailing a response to someone & had deleted the first version & written the second version (with clarity & honesty)! I was about to slip into a habit of saying ‘yes’ to something before even really checking in with myself that I wanted to do it at all – when I DID check in, I didn’t really want to say yes, so told the truth, declined the invitation & sighed with relief (a very positive alchemical change for me!) – and then read this post & laughed! xxxx
