In September 2014, Almine initiated some individuals into the Master level of the Runes, and also designated them as Keepers of the Keys of the Rune Masters. They were from many different parts of the world, and Almine explained that this was the beginning of introducing the frequency of the Runes upon the Earth. At that time, only Master level initiations could be done but Grand Master initiation is now possible. One of the reasons for this is because many individuals are studying and integrating the 7 sets of the Runes – and the Book of Runes is available now for the very first time.

We’re delighted to share a recent question and answer session with Almine about the Keepers of the Keys of the Runes and their function.
Q. Almine, you have called forth Keepers of the Keys of the Rune Masters in different locations around the world. Why is this, and what is their function?
A. The Keepers have been called in different parts of the world because each of them has received a specific frequency to hold for the location that they represent. They have the Runes in their body like living pockets of awareness. It helps balance the emotions of the people in the area and thus also the weather, flooding etc. It is just like the story told in The Bridge of No Time about the mummified body of the Siberian shaman woman who had all the runes tattooed onto her skin and was keeping Siberia’s flooding at bay until her body was removed and taken to Moscow (at which time great flooding occurred). The scientist who was working with the mummified body, trying to decipher the runes, went mad due to the high frequency of the runes and the body. The Keepers of the Keys don’t have to tattoo the runes… they’re in their bodies now. They hold the balancing power of the runes for the area while they honor them and respect all life.

~ Anita Briggs/Canada: Keeper of the Keys of the Rune Masters of Canada (Initiated into Master level of the Runes by Almine; initiated into Grand Master level of the Runes by Rogier.)
~ Rogier Chardet /CZ: Keeper of the Keys of the Rune Masters of Eastern Europe and the Balkan countries (Initiated into Master and Grand Master level of the Runes by Almine.)

Thank you for the question, Chris. “Bridge of No Time” expands upon the information found in the “Book of Runes”. It will be one of our next ‘big’ projects and possibly presented in an online course and book. Please stay tuned – Almine and our mighty team (Rogier and myself) are as anxious to see its release as everyone else. We don’t have any official date at this moment, but certainly as soon as possible (before the end of 2015).

Kirsten, to specifically address your post, we are sensitive to the delicacy of honoring and respecting each person, each country and their languages. Research was done to come up with the list of so-called ‘Russian speaking countries other than Russia’, in order to be informative about what countries would be included (because I didn’t know). I trusted that the research produced what would be considered a fair representation, acknowledging that each country has a multitude of languages representing many individuals. I’ve revised the information about Ella and hope it feels more comfortable ‘as is’. (Sergey has already been included in translating this information for Ella, prior to its posting on this site).

To be precice and historically correct today, on a very special national holiday: estonians do not live and have not lived in a russian-speaking country, as do not lithuanians, latvians… although they have a percentage of russian speaking people living there yes, they do and have always spoken and cherished their mother tongue, whatever the historical circumstances. English is current and universal… at least in the baltic countries : ) Could you just list the names of the countries as of a territory ..if any kind of grouping is needed? Ella does not speak english..so Sergey’s translation is very much appreciated.
