Courage is only needed when we have to override the objections of the mind. When the mind is still, right action is automatic. All respond favorably to me when I acknowledge the aliveness of all beings. I am embraced by the wind and cradled by the Earth. All moves in me and through me. I am in a safe place. My spirit can fly like the wind. I can have the strength of the buffalo and the speed of the wild horse. I belong to the Earth and am its steward.
