QUESTION:
Dearest Almine,
I am wondering what the “inner dam” is that you talk about and not letting it burst? I am experiencing extreme emotion and do not know what to do. I have fear about it, and it scares me. Any insight would be of great benefit.
ALMINE’S ANSWER:
The dam consists of all the emotions we couldn’t handle and so suppressed. The 2nd level of resurrection releases them. Just feel them and observe them moving through your body and out of the soles of your feet. Afterwards, take a bath with 1 cup of Epsom salt added.

Yep, I had to take lots of epsom salt baths for a while there. But, the good news is that it gets easier. Especially if you practice the white light meditation or the Resurrection merkaba (webinar).

Although, I have not felt intense emotions wanting to release within me, I had a dream recently where I saw swans submerged under very dark water. I could see that this was speaking of some masters dealing with very heavy emotions. For the last two- three weeks I have revisited and studied more deeply Almine’s webinar of the 2nd level resurrection and the birth of the magenta and violet light. There is so much that builds with each listening, I feel the work I did on myself has assisted in some way, I know it has brought my body and emotions to a peaceful balance.
I send my blessings and love to the masters who are experiencing intense emotions, it is my hope I may have assisting through integrated oneness in creating a gentle release.
