Question:
Dear Almine, how we can we protect ourselves and our family members against EMF and ELF harmful frequencies?
Almine:
The sigil (above) to protect against ELF frequencies also protects against EMF. My understanding is that ELF frequencies are part of a larger range of Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF).
Explanation:
Electromagnetic fields or EMFs are invisible lines of force created whenever electricity is generated or used. EMFs are produced by power lines, electric wiring, and electric equipment and appliances.
Extremely low frequency (ELF) is the designation for electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz. These are found in radio waves. The effects of the above are aging, whitening of the hair, emotional imbalance, tumors, and deterioration of physical coordination.
Solutions:
- Our alchemical oils protect against these frequencies. Muscle testing while using a cell phone tests weak. Then by placing the oil’s sigil in the casing of the phone – Rose oil’s sigil was used in the tests – muscle testing while using the phone, tested strong.
- Turn your phones off when not in use, and point the top of the phone away from the body when you do.
- Take a salt bath (1 cup of salt in your bath water) once a week.
- Place copies of the sigil near electronic devices (computers, etc.)
- Do your light explosion exercise every morning (it just takes a few minutes) and add in violet light* after the sky blue color, right before the white shield.

A question regarding baths, for those of us living in countries with toxic water, what to do about that??
Here in Ireland we have not only fluoridated water but some kind of concoction of other chemicals that produces a very damaging compound, which the Irish government has been taken to court by the EU over right now (not the flouride, the other thing).
For the most part I feel impervious to the effects of this now, however it does still damage my very sensitive skin and so baths (in slightly yellow/brown water as well) are more hassle than they’re worth. Would the bath salts resolve this too?
Get a filter for your bathtub faucet…or showerhead
If you can’t do that, use a gallon of spring water or however much, heat it up with salt for your feet. The feet are like connectors to the rest of the body anyway so if you can’t do your whole body, just help the feet/hands out and you’ll feel a difference
