Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
Here is a little ditty by Almine on gratitude from the Atlantean Book of Angels, angel 40 (written transcript of an audio recording by Almine):
The body, the soul and the spirit seem to be so separate and in this appearance it formed death and life and ascension, three separate states that should be as one. Why did the separation and denser physicality take place; because of self-abandonment? We started to rely on external creations as a power source as that thru which we can control life.
Why does the angel who promotes communion with Nature associate itself with this particular concept? It is difficult to find our self within the hustle and bustle of life. We encounter our self in the still silences of the night, in the deep meditative moments in that which we live the song of the self, that which makes our heart sing thru the creative poetry of our expression and lastly, thru communion with Nature. It is in Nature and in the deep feeling of bonding with the Earth that we encounter our self. It is for this reason that these are together: Praise, Love and Gratitude, they are essential to making the body less dense which means less uncomfortable and painful in its proddings.
Gratitude is the easiest attitude if one is in physical embodiment. Love is the easiest one when one is in the Spirit world as a soul disincarnate. Praise is for the one who has overcome both life and death and has gone instead to ascension. These are the attitudes that lift us up and over the obstacles of life. But when we are in addiction to the external, caught up in the hustle and bustle of life there is very little expression of Praise, Love and Gratitude and thus, life becomes denser like scar tissue.
Every day let us find at least three or four things that from the heart, like a microphone’s sounding the song of gratitude across the Cosmos, we can be grateful for.

Sue, this was a trilogy course the Atlantean Book of Angels I , II and III…it was given a year or two ago, I checked to see if it was still offered, but I’m not seeing it…perhaps you can check with spiritual journeys. With LPG Anna.
