Something that I learned to do, first when I started these practices, was to learn to draw the sigils of Praise, LOve, Gratitude and Trust. First, I practiced on paper and later I could draw it in the air at any time. It is my practice to do this as I fall asleep each night. It sends the body into the higher vibrations, easily. 🙂
