In this first part of the Entering the White Light interview with Almine, she discusses the re-release of her cookbook and why she would even publish it now that she is a vegan. Almine explains how the book is a blueprint or template to be adjusted according to one’s dietary protocol. She also clarifies that her recent statements about diet and the reality of High Magic are not about imposing rules, but rather pertain to the fact that the fear and death frequencies embedded in animal products are not conducive to transitioning into the Stages of Awakening. For when you begin to enter these stages, the dream isn’t completely gone, and your asleep parts are still very much affected by the stuff of the dream… such as meat and the industry that produces it. In addition, Almine alludes to a great mystical secret of the connection between us and the animal kingdom, in which what we do to our animals directly affects the state of humanity.
Part 2 of the interview will be available this weekend on Messages for Lightworkers.

Hi Almine,
Thank you for creating this cookbook! Food preparation is rarely addressed by spiritual teachers, so this is truly refreshing…
Looking forward to sampling the dishes!
Love,
Paul

Almine speaks of her students being in resurrection stages.
My question is: who is she addressing exactly?
Students who attend her retreats?
Students that buy her courses?
Student that buy her books, as well?
I ask this because not all her followers attend her retreats or even buy her courses, I’m sure of that.

Thank you so much for your clarification Almine. Beyond the unnecessary animal suffering and environmental impacts of meat industries – there are studies that reveal the psychological impacts of those who work in industries that harm animals – such as slaughterhouses. To kill, which invariably involves an act of violence no matter how mechanical the process, one needs to quell compassion, and that inevitably has consequences for other areas of these individuals lives – impacting on their families and communities. Studies have revealed an increase in violent crime (including domestic violence) in towns where slaughterhouses have been established. The worst form of PTSD has been determined to be Perpetration Induced Trauma Stress – when an individual has actually caused the suffering of another. Researchers are concluding this affliction is being endured by members of the armed forces who kill other humans, and slaughterhouse workers who kill animals for a living. There is such strong evidence to support all you say about harming animals, harming humans – and lowering the level of human life. No other industry on earth causes such unnecessary suffering, nor is more deliberately hidden from the end consumer.

Thank you for the substitutions to use for vegan diet! And for the clarity on issues on waking out of the dream and the causes of not staying in the white light. The holidays will be a training ground for sure in terms of food and engagement with family. Blessings to you Almine.

May I make a very very small comment? Wouldn’t it be wonderfully delicious if your Fragrant Alchemy store had a very little section for Your tea and some scrumptious goodies from your cookbook somewhere to express themselves? And…what are the chances of your book opening a small restaurant – maybe even a little bistro? -with only the recipes you have collected in it? Deliciousness has a little comment to make also about these divinely tasty recipes…:-D If I’m anywhere near the store on Opening Day, I hope to be there! Much love, xxxxx
