See the spewing volcanoes and rolling hills. Now feel these elements course through your body and soul – you are the elements and they are you. Intend that they express in perfect balance within your being.

I-am is the answer for me for the fifht element
You are becoming one with everything and are everything and then go in to the silence.
You become your environment inner and outer murging.
I did it a lot in nature i can not give words for this.
For me it is the tone oooooooo for the lower part off my body low and high notes 3times tuning. Earth
Then the aaaaaaa for water heart aria of my body
Then the eeeeeeee for air thinking upper body low and high notes each tree times fearst the low notes and then the higher notes.
Then go to the iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii low notes tuning and going after that 3times higher and higher.
After that i go into silence.

When one can sing the tones of the elements for example the tone off water is aaa.
When you sing all elemental tones with your voice my experience is that the Weather changed in my environment.
All tones you sing with high en low tones 3times each.
My question to Almine is ? Do the arcturians know something about this ?

That seems somehow probable Corrien. What sounds do you entone for the other elements of Fire, Air and Earth? And perhaps ‘ether’ is a fifth element?
