Direct Communication With The Dreamer

In anticipation of the New Year’s Eve release of the highly intriguing information contained in the Tablets of Divine Heritage, we questioned the Seer about their release:

Question:
You received the sigils and glyphs within the Tablets in 2014, yet they’ve been unreleased since then (only featured in the Rejuvenation Protocol on I Am Presence). Only recently did you search for them and then you drew the pillars of glyphs on either side of each of them. The 26 tablets were placed in wheels, and became part of the wheels representing the Principles of High Magic. Can you clarify this?

Almine:
Retrospectively, it is clear that we were not ready in 2014 for the profound revelations they contain. Furthermore, even if we had translated them, the key to understanding them (the side columns of glyphs) was missing. The keys could only be written from the awakened state of the White Light reality; only from that vantage point, could certain truths be comprehended by recognizing certain illusions within the Dream that obscure them.

Question:
Recently, during your participation in the Moscow retreat, you translated the final 16 Wheels of the Book of High Magic (to be released at midnight this coming New Year’s Eve). Everyone present felt that that experience was life-changing — it was as though the sigils came alive. Over the years, you have conveyed thousands of sigils and power wheels to us, yet you have never translated and analyzed the specific meanings of their components. We are amazed by the release of power we felt within us when you did this, why didn’t you do this before? Why does it have such a profound effect on us when you do?

Almine:
Where have the sigils come from, should really be the first question. In studying the Dream Dictionary, we see that it is a symbolic language that bridges the dream and the awakened state; a language that can be used to communicate in a meaningful way the experiences within the dream to the dreamer for the gaining of perception. As the dreamer becomes a lucid dreamer, the understanding of the dreamer can be applied to the dream experiences as well.

The sigils were the way the Lucid Dreamer (the Infinite) could guide and steer the Created experiences within Its Dream. The sigils were not meant to be understood, but just to be applied to emphasize or dissolve aspects of existence within the Dream. Because the dream state and awakened state speak different languages, the communication through sigils was noncognitive (therefore not to be interpreted cognitively). This allowed an inner knowing, and recognition of truth, to precede its comprehension.

The surge of power experienced by translating the language of these Wheels and Tablets is because you are experiencing something that allows you to jump ahead in your evolution; because you are participating in that which is experienced in the next evolutionary stage — the direct communication with the Dreamer.
