Noise pulls us out of the present moment and pushes us into a state of imbalance. It is essential that we have silence. When we are in a place of silence the heart chakra opens. It also enables us to connect with the primordial earth (a time prior to manmade noises) which is very healing.
Noise is increasing ten-fold every 20 years. It has become so insidious that many people aren’t aware that they are constantly bombarded. Take note of your environment and see if you can acquire more silence. Check your refrigerator and the heating system. Are fans running? Does your wristwatch beep? Do you allow the dog to bark constantly? Does your computer beep or talk to you? Does the car signal you with jingles and blares?
Those disconnected from their subpersonalities cannot stand silence. They enter a room or get in the car and immediately turn on the TV, radio, or stereo. They go into the wilderness and take along music, claiming they don’t want to become bored. In actuality, they want a distraction so they don’t have to face the emptiness inside that silence might reveal.

It re-triggered all the activations I had experienced in recent times : the blissful waves, the bubbling, the constant laughter, feeling of being deeply moved … These sigils feel so uniquely deep and powerful, and the music is so magically entrancing … wow … I’ll re-do it, no doubt!

I’d like to share a poem that I wrote immediately after the meditation Communicating with Silence:
The sound of silence
raises from the depth of my Being.
It is warm and cool,
it smells like roses and jasmines
and brings a pink glow to my cheeks.
It raises like a cloud
pregnant with peace,
showering me
with the perfection of the moment.
I just listened to the Awakening from the Dream show this evening in which you shared the silent webinar’s meditation… Wow (for lack of words)… When Almine instructed to chose a powerful moment…the moment that came to me was from many years ago backpacking in the Sierras after climbing to a very high elevation and taking in the view of all the mountain peaks. That in itself was breath taking, but the thing that was so wonderfully overwhelming in that moment was the power of the “Silence” in that place…the silence was so “loud”, if that makes any sense, and I could not deny the awareness in that moment I felt with my whole being, that I was a part of something incredibly grand and beyond this existence, in the most humbling sense. I have never forgotten that moment, and now Almine has just guided me to make it the source of every moment. What I’m feeling is beyond expressing gratitude… and I’m not going to attempt to express it here. I’m just going to trust that you all and Almine feel it to.. 🙂
