So, what’s going on? We recently received a question from a student who is experiencing some intense anxiety, fear, difficulty sleeping, disturbing dreams (am I awake or asleep?) and many others have expressed extreme fatigue, fear, anger, sadness and inability to concentrate. Here is Almine’s rather fascinating and unexpected reply when asked why people might be having these experiences.
“The reason that gratitude for what others provide to assist you in your life is so important, is that the frequency of grateful acknowledgement lived in every moment, puts you in an alternate reality and allows the opposition of life to flow around you. When you don’t see the assistance another gives, but only their flaws, you can expect things to go wrong in your own life – this works much like stealth technology in which light moves around a frequency pocket that is different from the rest of the world.“ ~ Almine
We suggest waking up each morning and thinking of something to feel gratitude for and repeating it throughout your day. If you have comments, let us hear from you ~

Thank you so much for posting this Jan!! This is a really great illustration of how illusion can hold us back. Gratitude is likely the easiest and best tool around. Do not underestimate the power of Gratitude. Gratitude is great!!! Thank you for Gratitude!

Thank you so much for posting this! I had an experience of intense anxiety, minor panic attacks, fear, difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating and it was more amplified than in any time in recent memory. It caught me by surprise and I needed two days to gather myself and be able to function ‘normally’ again. Prior to experiencing this I namely felt awsome for months therefore this sudden ‘shift’ in emotions took me by surprise and had me worried. This post helped me undersend the underlying ’causes’ better. Thanx so much once again!
Love,
Pavla

I’d like to share this quote from that I came across today…
“You cannot fly high like an eagle while simultaneously trying to fit in with the turkeys. Moving beyond mortal boundaries requires an uncompromising life.”

Slammed? Whether by grace or intent, on the first day of June I awoke in the month of July and planned the first week accordingly. But the “escape” was short lived as the day fizzled to a close and the night embraced me with little reassurance.
June slammed me from every direction and personality with the prevailing theme of imposed dependency. And with every prayerful plea came the response, “July”.
On the first day of July a vision rushed into view of an intricate design on a black background. The design felt alive and glistened with gold. The edges of the black background were frayed like old parchment. And as the whole image rushed towards me, multi-colored letters burst from its gold lines.

Thank you for posting “Anybody Else Getting Slammed?” And, thank you for posting Almine’s reply. Sometimes in the course of working a job and living in demanding situations, I find I slack off on expressing gratitude. The clutter of social relationships seems to take over my mind for a spell. A reminder to practice gratitude is always welcome! We must never stop reminding one another. LOL

We are all being shown the need to tread on an even lighter note! It’s as if we have been walking with heavy hiking boots which are being changed now for a lighter pair ~ with the loosening of the laces we are given opportunities to embody this required lightness.
With gratditude~

This is so amazing in its divine and perfect timing. I’d also had experience of intense anxiety, fear, difficulty sleeping, disturbing dreams myself and it was more amplified than in any time in recent memory. This post helped point out where I’ve been in resistance to others (and the fact that I even perceive them as ‘other’ than my own being and as Infinite expression is key). Thank you.

Dear Lydia and Marli,
Thank you for sharing your experience, Lydia…the beauty of our unique perspective as a wave in the ocean of Oneness.
Fragrance for Gratitude…That’s a good question! I’ll have to check when the opportunity presents itself to ask Almine. Will let everyone know.
Blessings,
Jan

Thank you Almine and A team for posting this. I was having a difficult day at work yesterday. On my lunch hour in the silence of my car, I received the message to “Have an attitude of gratitude” as a solution to dealing with the stress. When I got home and read your post, it made me laugh at the divine synchronicity….by the way it did shift my whole environment after lunch….
Much Love, praise and gratitude to all.

Thank you for sharing, Denise! We have had the same experience ourselves….

Dear K,
No problem, and glad to see you here on the diary. I have send you a private email explaining the automatic system that watches over the comments and why it did not let your comment automatically through. All should be good now.
Happy posting,
Niels

I have felt peace, love, fulfillment for my life both at home and at work, my dreams are full of symbols with deep meaning, clear and lucid, I wake up each morning knowing I have been dreaming and do my Belvaspata Maintenance Healing for the people on my list, I give praise, love and gratitude for my day, my life as I go to work, listening to Almine’s music and I look for beauty around me in creation, people, animals, birds, flowers, the sky and the clouds!! I fear nothing, no one, and I am in no hurry to go anywhere but to enjoy where I am with who I am with at the moment!! It is wonderful to know I am!

the PAT members are feeling it and have been riding these waves and discussing and predicting them successfully for a few months. Yesterday was very very strong for me, personally– the high point of a string of bizarre emotions. If anyone is interested in supplementing their personal research the discussions are facilitated at http://stankovuniversallaw.com I have found the discussions to be similar to what Almine says but at a different scope/with a change in focus… not sure what to call the difference really but I’m sure you get what I mean!
love to see synchronicity on separate blogs 🙂 Almine’s content has been so amazing for me and so has the PAT’s
