In ‘Walking with the Seer’, day 9 Almine says there are 3 bodies. Yet here the diary says there are 4. Is this newer information beyond the audio clip?

Hello, what you have written here is very close to what my higher self has recently been trying to teach me but I didn’t quite understand the teachings to its fullest. What I did understand was that we have our physical state plus our non physical state with the dream state being the porthole. I also understood that it is in dream state that we can create but your discription really feels true to me. My question is, how can I learn more of what you are talking about. With that knowledge, I can then fine tune it with my Higher Self teachings to best understand it as they want me to. Thank you, Debra

In Walking With the Seer today Almine talks of the 3 dream bodies. The physical, the etheric in the 12 shallow dream states and the more refined etheric in the deeper dream states.
In this post 4 dream bodies are mentioned, 2 for the higher etheric dream states.
I don’t often ask questions, but there is a disparity here which I would like clarification on.

Well, it has become clear now from the Walking With the Seer online course that indeed there are 4 dream bodies as was mentioned in this post. However, two of those dream bodies are used for the spirit realms, where for the physical we only use one, and for the soul realms we also only use one. So you can see that it is easy to say that we have three of these dream bodies, for they access three different realms.
So to be complete, you have 4 different dream bodies, which you use to visit different realms.
The physical body is the first and most dense dream body, used for the physical realms (masculine and life).
The soul is the second and more etheric dream body, used to access the shallow dream states of the soul realms (feminine and death).
The spirit is comprised of two different dream bodies, used to access the deep dream states of the spirit realms (neutral and ascension).
1 physical, 1 soul, and 2 that make up spirit. 4 in total, accessing 3 realms.
