Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Appreciating this very important message that I can take to heart.
Very interesting… I was having a conversation with a loved one the other day who was concerned that I perceived this in light of less than optimal behaviour. I was trying to explain that that isn’t a concept that exists for me, they are fresh and new as the dawn, and it made me realise how few people actually understand and practice the real meaning of love. Certainly this is something to keep in mind I feel, as it always means that genuinely few are loving as accurately, and it’s wise not to lose discernment.
