How do we go about having an immaculate conception .. do we intend for it to happen, ask the Infinite for it to happen, or does it just happen?

Intend for it to happen and ask the Infinite for it to happen, yes those are good ideas. But also call your intended child and speak to him or her — telling the child why it is desirable to have you as a mother.
Envision the following occurring: (This is what I saw when I called the immaculately conceived child into a uterus)
Envision the potential of a fetus entering your uterus as a dense sphere of blue light.
In the case of one of our Lightfamily whom I assisted in having an immaculate conception, a little girl came in and gave her name. But by the next morning, a little boy had pulled the girl out of the uterus by her heel, and taken her place. The competition to enter the womb of a goddess is very fierce. He has turned into a brilliant and multitalented young man over the years.
