Question:
My family and I are considering the purchase of a home as our bug-out and US HQ – something we currently do not have. It’s an estate sale on nearly half an acre, with a basement, wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of room.
Within the context of global, economic shifts, would this be the best option for us?
Other options could include staying in our trailer and investing a decent amount of money into something like Bitcoin.
If global financial collapse is on the horizon, being locked into a mortgage currently might not be ideal. We could wait if you felt housing prices would be dropping significantly in the next coming years.
Possibly saving large amounts of money in multiple formats; cash, Bitcoin, and in our bank account may be a good idea. What do you think?

We’re in a territory that I feel most uncomfortable in giving prophecies about because it fluctuates so widely from day to day and from person to person. In addition, a Seer sees the large picture, not the immediate future and present that a genuine psychic sees. I do not claim to see like a psychic would.
Having said that here are a few comments regarding what you said:
1. Real estate as a central hub sounds like a good idea. If you can pay it off rapidly. Money really won’t be safe anywhere, in any fund, if the whole system collapses.
2. It seems well thought out, but the mortgage should be comfortably affordable or a trailer on a piece of land that you own would be better. This is not a good time to be making debt, but rather, to get out of debt.
3. Yes housing prices will be dropping but not for a few years, but I’m not sure that’s the right question.
The prophecies for this time period I wrote down in my journal say:
“The weather will go to war against the disrespect for the Earth, expressed by the children of men. The residents of the East Coast of North America will migrate to the western states and housing will become scarce..”
In other words, it will be difficult to find houses to buy.
Everything you propose depends on staying within your means and not making unaffordable debt.
By the way, having a basement (where temperatures stay relatively constant) and a wood stove is a good beginning for a bug-out house.
Thank you so much for this, I know it varies from person to person but I’ve felt terribly frustrated and on the edge about what decisions to make regarding these kinds of things. It’s hard because I want to trust that everything will be okay and that I will know what I need to know… however sometimes I find it hard to trust that I understand what exactly my feelings and thoughts mean, and when so many people I care so deeply about depend on it, it continues to flare up as a source of unease and discomfort. This helps my large wobble of ideas narrow down to a smaller wobble of ideas… if that makes sense. ❤️.
