The Seer Almine often does healing work on me at night, which I am very aware of and sometimes am awake to feel when She is doing it. Sometimes I’m asleep but remember and know that She has indeed worked on me. My body parts actually move as She works on them when I’m awake. It’s quite an amazing experience, which leaves me feeling strengthened afterward. Upon rising in the morning, I certainly can feel the difference for sure. This morning I thanked Her for working on me during the night, as I always do. The Seer’s Comments:
As you may have noticed, the many nightly healings I do on you, have increased in number. This is the result of the onslaught by the 5G hostile waveform bombardment. I’m helping you rise above the dense physicality where their damage is effective.
I regularly work on others of our Lightfamily, but due to resistance to external events, they aren’t energized enough to remember it. It requires a great deal of trust to live a surrendered life that harnesses energy.
My advice to our Lightfamily is to use the Light Explosions, and other tools (EMF bath salts, Sacred Space oil, 5G Power Sigil, Radinex, Belvaspata..), more frequently than before.

Is there an alternative way to do the light explosions? I find the current way its been described very difficult to accomplish and visualize, and Ive found for a couple years now that it takes me so long to actually do it and what I do doesnt feel like Ive done it properly, and so I keep ending up doing it for a few weeks and then let it slip because it doesnt get easier and it doesnt feel maintainable to do twice or even once a day, its quite overwhelming. Its been really difficult just to visualize it properly and when I try to just force myself to get it done, it just doesnt feel right. Not sure if Im the only one that has struggled so much with this :/.
I too have felt like it isn’t working or like I’m missing something when I do it. I just get quiet, focus on my navel, inhale through the nose and on my exhale through the mouth I say that color out loud and blow out with force, creating/imagining a field going out as a field around my property. Then the next color same thing and the next. I just have to have faith that I’m “doing it right” as insecure as I feel from feeling like I’m not “doing it right”.
Hi Sarah, besides the instructions given with the light explosion protocol..when we were in retreats and we did the light explosions together, this is what we did:
We would say the color and then visualize the color the size of a small plate in our navel, which then grew bigger and bigger until it was outside of our body and in front of us. We then took a deep breath and blew it out with force.

Hi Sara, I have a couple of suggestions that might help.
1. Take a day to fully understand what the light explosions are as Almine has outlined. Read what each color represents and its archetype that embodies the color. Have a device that can record you (your voice is all you need to hear) doing the protocol, and turn it on. Start the explosions with a prayer of intent, ( for example, that the 13 sacred lights are perpetually generated by you at all times, etc…). Then begin the
light explosion protocol as Almine has outlined. Do it to the best of your ability while you are recording yourself. Then play the recording at the beginning of your day and follow along with it, and then at the end of the day before sleep, and follow along with it listening to yourself while you follow along. It will maintain the integrity of the skill you put forth when you recorded yourself after studying the colors and their properties. It works because you have support and reinforcement from yourself.
2. You can call on your personal Angelgods to support and assist you in maintaining the immaculate white light cocoon that you dwell in.

Dear Tina, could you post the Sigil to renew Almine’s blessing of the t-shirt after it has been washed? This was given years ago. Yet years after we had our t-shirt, and one other, which of course we had washed often. Meaning it had ceased to be operative. Until we were eventually able to revive it with the new Sigil.
I seem to recall that this Sigil to renew the blessing after laundrying the T is now included with all new orders? But those who ordered before then only have it…if they know about it. And have downloaded it and printed it out. And remember to use it!

I’m grateful for cooler evenings where I am, so I can wear my t-shirt every night. I make sure I do the Light Explosion Protocol every day. When I have felt resistance to this I remind myself that:
1. If it was raining outside I would wear a raincoat and
2. I am creating my Holy Sanctuary
I would like to use the salts more, but use what I have sparingly because the shipping costs are prohibitive to maintain a supply. That’s OK, we have so much else 🙂
