The Seer has always recommended that her sigils or books be burned (with respect for the holiness of the work) if you want to dispose of them. The same applies if your EMF t-shirt wears out, or you have too many oil baggies (with the FA sigil on it) you no longer need, etc.
However, if you have no way to burn these items, The Seer gives an alternative answer.
“You can wrap the items to be thrown away, in a package with a sheet of paper with these words on it: Enechvivares suhetvi
(the power of these objects is withdrawn).”
Note: The words on the EMF t-shirt mean: Illusion of invasion dissolve.

Wow, this is great! I have a bag of bags in my wardrobe (lol) because I couldn’t throw them out. I wonder if it would be ok to just state these words over them to withdraw their power, and then use them for something else?
