As we use our Timemaps daily, questions arise as we go along. As always, we are putting down the roots and Almine gives us the wings.
Question:
How should we interpret the two unrelated lines moving through day eight?
The Seer:
Day 8
To make a long strong short, Day 8 is unique in that it has two karmic issues to solve: D3 and D4.
- Two separate rune deck card stacks must be drawn, one for each line.
- Draw the card stack for the line on the left first.
- Then from the remaining card stacks, draw one for the second line to the right.
- Two manifestation stacks will have to be made, so make copies of the wheels and sigils needed for the second stack.
Question:
Day 9
The line going through day 9… does it end in D4 or in A3? You told us to always follow the left branch.
The Seer:
It ends in D4. I realize that the guideline of always following the left branch is a helpful way of interpreting the Timemap. But I’m not sure why in this case, however, it should be interpreted to end in A3, rather than D4. That doesn’t quite fit the rule.
So, in the future: Follow the left branch, but when in doubt, I will make myself available to answer these questions. We’ll walk together patiently, holding hands through the labyrinth of time in this cosmic year.
Question:
Should people ‘redo’ Day 8 (doing 2 lines separately, which we didn’t know was a possibility) and ‘redo’ Day 9 if they did A3 versus D4?
The Seer:
No redoing it… if those days have passed, just leave the issue.

The info. was very helpful, especially
with regards to having a second power stack.
also day #93 is an empty space.

Maybe Almine could look ahead a week and give advice on the Thursday newsletter and posts. I so appreciate the power of this timemap–I look forward to the changes each day brings!

Thank you for this clarification. Using my experience with the previous Timemaps, the 2019 Timemap Toolkit & information provided on the Diary, I didn’t even consider D4 an option for Day 8. I followed the line out of day 8, when it branches (to the left) in Day 20 this gave me D3. Following the line directly to the rim gave me A3. I didn’t even bring D4 in the mix.
