Question: Do you have any idea about some of the themes you will be working on in the upcoming silent retreat?
Almine’s Answer: I can deduce just the smallest portion of what is to come by what is happening around me:
1. Something in us is trying to usurp and emulate the role of something else when it is incapable of it: The spirit. We’ve given spirit a position of entitlement it doesn’t have the right to have. We have said that its part of incorruptible matter like soul and body … it’s not. Spirit is but an expression of soul and body combined (in the past dream of duality it was a reflection).
2. Jaylene is sick in bed (neck and throat/tonsils) for the first time in many years. She has to intern in a nursing home and has run headlong into the base, self-serving, war-like nature of the unhappy people of the world. Jan and myself have sore neck issues. The neck is where the ideal of the level at which you hope people express from, and the actual level they do express from, meet. There’s something quite large to be learned about constantly being shocked (which drains energy) by the conduct of others.
3. Another theme is that the body has somehow in self-importance seen itself, together with soul, as the source of an individual’s life. The incorruptible body is designed as a tool of expression to be guided by the Eternal Source within…

I was gifted with a xray of my spine at a chiropractor this week and the top of my neck is complete misaligned and needs straightening. Not to mention there are also two other places where my spine has to be straightened. I was never in pain so didn’t know anything about it.
So I wonder what that is doing to my pranic tube. So now I am seeking long term commitment to a chiropractor to fix my spine which will prevent pain in the future should I just ignore it.
My dreams have been very much about spirit in the last week. During the week a man I met on purpose shouted at me for no reason but to see what my reaction would be. It drained my energy as I was shocked. I told him never to do it again as it was draining energy and his behavior was totally unacceptable.
Yes, I have been having neck issues as well. Had a sore throat a few days ago which went away before it got worse..went away after reading Almine’s post about embracing and loving life..all of it. Found that I was missing Almine, our lightfamily and being able to participate in retreats..awoke with the knowing that “missing someone” is part of ’embracing and loving life’..and found joy in the ‘longing’ as part of this incredible journey we walk together. Was very uplifting for my heart.
So grateful to Almine, Jan and all who are attending this retreat!

I recently experienced extreme shock, it pretty much drained the life force from my being and put me into a state of paralysis, so to speak. This was due to the behavior of another. It took me several days to recover. It is my hope and prayer that the answer to this can be found and shared. All my Love and support to you Almine and to everyone in this retreat. Deeply Grateful!

After reading yesterday’s posts…I had a really bad neck ache that then traveled to my head and gave me a bad headache too…I couldn’t understand with all the work we do together with Almine and individually in our lives that we had to still deal with the issues that Jan shared. I was out of Saffron fragrance oil that works well with solving issues that bother me, so instead I used Rose fragrance oil worked with the book of magic and fell asleep…I woke up this morning after a busy night and early morning of discourse with my Infinite Being and my Angels…I came to a few revelations and resolutions for my own understanding… and now I read of the coming weeks theme of Almine’s silent retreat. There is no doubt of the Oneness of Life for me…We are blessed to have Almine here with us and I deeply appreciate the magnitude of the work she does for Life. Thank you dearest Almine, Jan and those who work together with her and in their own lives to bring heaven on earth one precious moment at a time. In LPGST
