As Almine heads into her second silent retreat this year, she identifies its task – and all our task – as integrating and evolving the sub-subconscious. This layer in our psyche is a microcosmic representation of the under-underworld, which was opened by Almine during her coma, and it contains “the suppressed, unexpressed and angry”. The European refugee crisis mirrors the upward evolution of this realm, and unless we integrate it within, will significantly destabilize European society without.
When I receive new information, I typically seek to integrate it with other concepts, i.e. how to fit pieces of a puzzle or connect some dots. So I wonder if/how the “under, underworld” relates to the 8 directions (inner family)?
Also, this reminds me of recent conversations with 4 Almine friends in Toronto who have studied/practised NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). As I understand it, NLP emphasizes the key role of what they call the UNconscious, which is deeper than our subconscious — and unknown to most of us — drives most of our actions, thoughts and feelings.
NLP work is designed to release self- destructive or harmful programming from there since it doesn’t serve us well. So is this similar to the sub, subconscious?
When I went to Russia for the seminar with Rogier in October I stopped in Paris on the way back home to visit my family there. And heard of the situation first hand from those working directly with the refugees. It is a massive influx of people unto the continent, this migration and they are doing everything to avert a crisis. I am heartened that we have taken this on together. With great gratitude my heart sings.

For the last week I have been doing the Harraknit meditation and healing the victim pattern of anger and hopelessness.
Thank you dearest Almine for making this available to us, and affording us the chance to be part of solving the European refugee crisis – I stand in amazement as to how we can contribute towards integration in Europe by doing the work so beautifully explained to us – I will, from tonight, also be practicing the god merkaba as well as the lime green and violet light every day to also help clear this strife.

About a few weeks ago i started including as a whole all levels of all inner sub personalities in any healing i do on myself – this is by intent alone and i feel very strong reactions sometimes. i also include all the levels of all the inner sub personalities in the Harraknit with the black waters and the black light in all of the 6 levels.
I feel lighter and feel a change within myself though as usual i cannot tell specifics.
