Almine, your voice is starting to come back. I heard fullness in terms of your tone quality in some of the words you articulated. Because I teach singing, my ear has become very sensitive to subtle shifts in the voice, I am picking up on the left side of the larynx. I am hearing the words “An awakening is happening” in relation to that part of your voice, like it is coming online. What I am feeling is that the bliss of the right side is touching the left, and stimulating its remembrance, like waves of love that someone would feel when you touch them or do a blessing upon them. Now I am seeing the left side of the larynx signalling the brain. Neuro pathways are re connecting. By next year, your voice will be fully restored. Deep, slow breathing to the area, and right down into the root through the nose will help. ( Breathing through the nose, moisturises and heats the air, and deepens the breath as we can’t gasp air in through the nose, so more of the body’s breath support is engaged.) It would be important to engage deep and full but gentle breath support even when you are just talking.You may know this but just in case, when we sing with full, deep low breath right into the root, the diaphragm expands, the lungs open, the back of the throat opens etc. Space is opened for the sound to come through. It is the passage of air, which passes through the the two flaps of the larynx that “creates” the sound when we speak or sing. The deeper the breath, and the more relaxed, and surrendered the body and the throat and larynx are, the more open and effortless the sound. Xxx Thank you for staying, Almine. I miss you. Since I got this beautiful deck of 65 Pillars of Magic, I have been using it daily. I would like to say that it did bring clarity and miracles to my life, little by little, yet they are so subtle to discern an can be neglected if the mind disrupts the fluidity of magic.
I am grateful and thankful for this magical tool. I will continue practising the manifestation protocol with great care and pure intent.

I remember this magical reality that you talk about dear Almine. Hearing you talk about it today, stirred in me something so much. I started to remember trough my high heart, the magical reality, the fun, the playfulness, innocence of existence.
I can describe it as if I started to feel trough my high heart for the first time. I also feel as if something is falling off me, like a clay when I allow myself to feel trough my high heart. I’m also being shown where in my body is tension and am guided to stay present in those areas. The high heart feels huge, and I can feel total merging of inner and outer space.
